A 24-years-old woman has a 3-year history of arthralgia and Raynaud's phenomenon. A year ago she had a miscarriage at 29 weeks, complicated by a deep vein thrombosis. Investigations show: Hb 11.2 Wcc 4.3 Platelets 145, ANA positive 1/160, DNA negative, ENA Ro positive, Anticardiolipin antibodies present at moderate titre, lupus anticoagulant present.
