any mistake in kalra 3rd edition?

hi

i am currently studying form kalra 3rd edition

this far (only finished 1/3 of the first chapter though), i have found two things that confused me:
1. written in kalra: JVP - this reflects the right atrial pressure (normal to 3 cm above the clavicle ...) shouldn't it be above the sternal angle?
2. cervical venous hum - occurs in hyperdynamic circulation or with jugular vein compresion. I think it should dissappear with jugular vein compression?

Any idea? Or do you find any other things that confuse you while reading Kalra?

I'm just afraid maybe there are other mistakes which i don't know and thus will learn the wrong thing.

how about the previous edition, is there any mistake? or maybe, does the book say the correct things on the two things i found out to be wrong?
