A 27-year-old male presents with fever, abdominal pain, and multiple tender cutaneous nodules. No pulmonary signs are found. A biopsy from one of the skin lesions is seen in the photomicrograph below. Involvement of small vessels by inflammation is not found.
Laboratory tests are negative for P-ANCAs and C-ANCAs. Which one of the following is most likely to be present in this patient’s serum?
