A 27-year-old male presents with fever, abdominal pain, and multiple tender cutaneous nodules. No pulmonary signs are found. A biopsy from one of the skin lesions is seen in the photomicrograph below. Involvement of small vessels by inflammation is not found.

Answer is B. pt may be with AIDS and Kaposis sarcoma(tender cuteneous nodule)due to cryptococcosis .Tender nodule may also present on abdominal wall->so abdominal pain also .
