clinical case related to renal physiology

A 23 year old male came to the out patient department with a history of dark reddish brown coloured urine for last 3 days with a decreasing urinary volume.He had also noticed swelling of face and limbs for the last 1 day.He was feeling tired and weak and sometimes giddiness.He also reported that he had an infection of the skin in the left arm two weeks back which was not treated,but had decreased on its own.
