A couple learnt that their 3 year old son has fragile x syndrome.their sis-in law is pregnant but the couple doesn not wanna tell anyone in their family about the diagnosis.what should be done?
a. ask 3rd party to mediate communication
b. insist the couple to contact the pregnant women
c. keep the diagnosis confidentitial
d. offer to contact the pregnant women directly
e. recommend family counselling
