The elderly people of over 50 years should not be replaced by young people .Do you agree or disagree?

Elderly people are very important in our society because they have knowledge,experience and skill.Some people think that the elderly people of 50 years should be retired and should be replaced by young.However,some believe that they should not be replaced by young people.Both the points of view will be discussed in this order.

It is believed by some people that the elderly people above 50 years of age should take voluntary retirement and should be replaced by young.This is a 21st century,invention of computer is one of the greatest humankind's inventions.Young people have more knowledge about new technology and science than the elderly people.For example;computer.Every company nowdays uses a computer to store its data and make different kinds of operation.It is difficult to imagine life without computer.Elderly people have not much ideas about computers.

Besides,unemployment is one of the greatest problem in todays world.The number of graduates increasing every year but only few graduates are lucky enough to get emlpoyment immediately after their graduation.Another important aspect is that,elderly people of over 50 years will be having many medical problems.Many times health wont permit them to do better work. Therefore elderly people should be replaced by young who are healthy and active and have better knowledge about new technology and science .

However,others think that elderly people will be having more knowledge,skill and experience.So,they can guide young people and can give better knowledge about working field.In addition ,eldery people can help young people to take better decisions and to achieve success in the life by their working experiences.Hence elderly people of over 50 years should not be replaced by young people because they are needed to our society.

In nut shell,every country is developing in new technology and science.Although elderly people have more experience and skill but young people have more knowledge about new technology and science.Hence,country needs new and young people to develop their nation.As a result,elderly people of over 50years should be retired and be replaced by young people.
