dubious about task2 writing

i hope you guys can give me a clear explanation on how to tackle with this type of question : "......to what extend you agree or disagree"
As far as i am concerned, we have to be either completely agree or disagree on the question type "...do you agree or disagree..."...but how about the first type i have mentioned?
i am confused with the method of writing because in my college, different lectures use different approach..it really baffles me and i only have less than 3 weeks to prepare for my ielts.
so for that kind of writing task, can i answer with 2points agree 1 point disagree, completely agree/disagree, or 2points agree and 2points disagree?

hope you guys can help clear my doubts.
