Hi Guys,
I know this will be a very similar to other posts but can someone tell me the best way to prepare for the Part B from here on in. The Exam is so different to the old style that the vast majority of my seniors haven't got a clue as to what to advise.
So does anyone here have any advice (aside from courses) that can help over the next three months in terms of books, ways to revise key things to revise etc.

MCI & Registration in Nepal

There is one Medical College in Dharan - Nepal set up by Govt. of India under a Treaty. If you do MBBS from here - then you do not have to appear for the MCI Screening test in India. There are only about 15 seats for Indians here and you have to give a competitive test for Admission.

If you go to ANY other Medical College in Nepal - then you need to give the MCI Screening test in India after your MBBS and also file for your certificate of Eligiblity with the MCI before your admission in Nepal.

Fees and Costs:

Usually the Fees for Medical Colleges in Nepal range from Rs. 15 to 25 lacs in Indian currency.

Talk to the College and find out the Exact fee structure. Some of them offer discount if you pay them in a lump sum and higher fee if you pay them over 5 years.

Cost of Food and hostel would be about 60,000 per annum.

Medical Education in Kathmandu city is more expensive and those in the out lying districts, which are lower cost.

Effectively you are looking as spending between 18 to 28 lacs over 5 1/2 years if you go to Nepal to study.
