PG Degrees from overseas are not recognized by MCI - true

But there is no LAW against practising in India with a Foreign Degree!!

So if anyone tells you that MCI does not recognize an international PG degre - he should also add that you CAN do private practise in India.

MCI CANNOT stop you from writing your foreign degree and practising in India.

All the best doctors in India like Dr. Devi Shetty etc have got PG degrees from overseas and are practising in India.

there is no restriction from private practise in India.
