The pudendal Nerve enters the ishioanal fossa by traversing teh LESSER SCIATIC FORAMEN form the gluteal region an dthen it enters teh pudendal canal in teh lateral wall of the fossa. Its branches are the
    1) inferiour rectal nerve which give smotor innervation to the external anal sphincter and sensory supply in teh perianal area
2)the perianal nerve which gives sensory innervation to the posterior portion of the scrotum or LABIA MAJOR and motor innervation to the musles of the superficiual and deep perineal spaces
    3) the dorsal nerve of the penis or clitoris which gives sensory innervation tio the skin of the penis or clitoris.
