    1) 55 year, woman, two month history of a lump in her Rt breast. A firm, irregular lump at upper outer quadrant. There are also small, palpable mobiles nodes at Rt axilla.

    2) A female patient has no complaints but radiologist found some calcifications in Lt breast on her CXR.

    3) 40 year woman with a firm, mobile lump at Rt breast. Family history of breast cancer present. Small palpable mobile nodes also noted at Rt axilla.

    Most appropriate investigation?
