    Q. A 42y man, 3wks post MI, on atenolol,aspirin and a statin. Develops weakness of muscles. CK15000 u/l, urea 28mmol/l, creatinine 323um/l. What is diagnosis?
    Acute tubular necrosis, acute interstitial nephritis,acute cortical necrosis, renal papillary necrosis, renal vein thrombosis, rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis, hemolytic uremic syndrome, renal azotemia, hepatorenal syndrome, acute glomerulonephritis
